Hi Guys,
You probably have some questions about Sky High Auctions and I’d like to take this time to clear the air for you. I’ve poured through the email from this week and found the most commonly asked questions.
Here they are with my answers:
1. How can I get a copy of Sky High Auctions and what is the price?
Sky High Auctions will be released on Thursday March 6th at 11am EST. If you are subscribed to the Sky High Auctions pre-launch list, you’ll receive access one hour before anyone else (ie 10am EST). Click here to find out the exact time in your area .
2. What is Sky High Auctions?
To explain what Sky High Auctions is, what we’ve done is assembled the best of our eBay Powerseller contacts and online auction gurus and put together what we believe to be the best and most comprehensive course available that teaches you how to make a full time living from online auction sites, such as eBay.
You’ll learn everything including
- how to choose which products to sell
- how to source them
- how to get your customers to buy from you again and again
- how to set up your own website
- how to set up an autoresponder to follow up with your customers
- how to organize your store so that you niche properly (many of the course creators have excellent examples, e.g. pricebreakerno1, who sells costumes)

- how to deal with eBay’s new feedback rules and fees
- how to make incredible money selling ebooks on eBay and so much more!

3. How did you get to know the other powersellers who created Sky High Auctions?
We meet powersellers through introductions through other powersellers, and through the forums and through others contacting me via SaleHoo itself. Mark Ling, co-owner of Sky High Auctions, was travelling around the world last year and met up with several of these powersellers in person (UK and USA). He also attended eBay university and made lots of contacts there. We’ve formed many of these relationships over the last 5 years.
4. Why is the $167 price only for the first 500 members?
We are selling Sky High Auctions at $267, but we thought it might create some buzz if we offered it for $167 to the first 500 customers. We’re rewarding the early movers, however $267 in of itself is a low price when you consider the value in Sky High Auctions. I’ve seen a lot of worse courses sell for $5000 and more.
5. Do you teach how to source products and how to scale your business?
Yes and yes. We teach all the product sourcing secrets that I and my powerseller friends use to source products at low prices. We also teach you step-by-step how to use the various software tools that we use to automate a lot of our business, which frees up a lot of our time.
6. Will creating and selling ebooks be part of the course?
Yes, 2 of the powersellers who contributed to creating Sky High Auctions earn their millions through selling ebook on eBay and teach how they do it in the Sky High Auctions members area.
7. Why is the price $267? ($167 for first 500 customers)
Working with the 15 powersellers and compiling this course actually took a LOT of time and money. We’ve been working on it for close to 2 years now and other aspects such as video editing (there are over 30 hours of videos in the members area), proofing, graphic design, writing (there are written versions of each lesson) and so forth caused this project to be very expensive.
We wanted to price it at an affordable price for most people, yet we also want to be rewarded for the incredible value that we are offering. If you compare this business opportunity to buying a business franchise, $267 is a drop in the bucket compared to paying $200,000 to buy a business franchise. Yet there is every chance that you’ll earn more from this business than if you were to buy a franchise in a brick and mortar business.
The other consideration on our part is that there will be a lot of bandwidth taken up by these videos (we’ve compressed them so they will load fast, but there is over 30 hours of them in the members area).
At the end of the day, we feel that $267 is an incredible price for the value on offer.

P.S. I just hung up the phone with John Thornhill (an eBay millionaire) and it looks like he’s all telling his entire newsletter list about this. We recently added an interview with him to the members area of Sky High Auctions, so it makes sense for him to tell his list about it.

Anyway - I’m not psychic, but I think it’s safe to say that 500 copies at the launch pricing will be gone very quickly. It’s still incredible value at $267, but if you want to get in at the launch price, I’d set March 6th in my calendar if I were you.
