- What is SkyHigh Auctions?
- Sky High Auctions teaches you how to establish a full-time business on EBay. Through more than 30 step-by-step videos and comprehensive written notes, you'll be taken through every stage of setting up a business from registering as a seller, choosing an item to sell, taking professional photographs, finding wholesalers, setting up an eBay store, achieving powerseller status, setting up a website and much more. Videos are updated and added to frequently, so you’ll always find something new to learn!
- What is in the Members' Area?
- The members' area contains the full Sky High Auctions course content of over 30 videos and accompanying written notes. You’ll also find the bonus lessons and tools here.
- How do I receive access to Sky High Auctions?
- Access to our members' area is provided immediately after payment has been made. After making payment, you’ll be automatically directed to a page where you can create your Sky High Auctions login and password. You’ll need to use these every time you want to access Sky High Auctions in future. Once that is completed, you can then login to the members' area at anytime by signing in on the Members’ Login page.
- If other eBay Sellers Are Using Sky High Auctions, Won’t This Mean We Are Competing?
Don’t worry – there’s plenty of room for hundreds more sellers on eBay yet! And it’s not as though you’ll all be selling the same thing either.
But the most important thing to realize is that Sky High Auctions isn’t just about black and white ‘rules’ - we aren’t in the business of creating clones! Rather, what we provide is more like a template on which you can make your own additions and alterations. We try to help you to find and use your own unique creativity so that at the end of the course, you’ve got a business that is distinctively yours.
- Can I pay using Paypal?
- Yes, you can pay via Paypal. Just go through the normal order process and you will be given the option.
- Can I purchase over the phone?
- Unfortunately, we are not set up to take credit card orders over the phone. Please try one of the other payment options we have listed.
- I Live Outside of the US – Will Sky High Auctions Still Apply to Me?
- Sky High Auctions is applicable to all countries whose residents are able to bid and buy on eBay. To our knowledge, the only countries unable to use eBay are Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya and North Korea.

- How Much Money Do I Need to Use Sky High Auctions?
- Apart from your membership to Sky High Auctions, not much at all! The good news is that eBay is one of the cheapest businesses to start. As long as you have $50-$100 to spend, that’s plenty. Your most important asset is your time.
- Will I Make Money with Sky High Auctions?
We provide all the tools and information you need to make money on eBay but we can’t guarantee that you will succeed.

After all, you wouldn’t expect to be a top sports player without spending hours training each week would you? Even if you had the world’s best coach, at the end of the day, it would be your own effort that got you the gold medal!
The same goes with running a business. It’s up to you to put in time and effort on top of all the strategies, hints and tips we give you. Of course, we’re dedicated to giving you as much help as we can, but if you don’t think that you can spare the time and commitment necessary into eBay, then perhaps Sky High Auctions isn’t for you.
- Does Sky High Auctions sell on eBay? Can I see your profile?
- As a company, we do not sell on eBay; however, many of our staff do so in their spare time. Unfortunately, due to privacy concerns and desire to protect niche markets we are unable to share their usernames with non-members.
- Forgotten password?
If you've forgotten your login details for the Members' Area, simply go to the login page and click the link that says "request new password". We'll send you out a new password that you can use to access Sky High Auctions.
Once you're able to log into Sky High Auctions, you can change your password to something you can remember :) Click on "My Account" in the Members' menu, and then click on "Edit". You'll be brought to a page with all your account information. You can then enter a new password. Be sure to save your page by clicking the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
- Why can't I visit certain pages, or why is the speed very slow?
- This is more than likely a problem with your browser settings or internet connection rather than an issue with our site. First contact your Internet service provider to rule out this possibility, or try accessing our site from another computer on a different connection. If you're still having problems, email us.
- How do I change my password?
- To change your password you will need to login to the Members area. In the members menu on the left, click on "My Account". Click on "Edit" to view your account information, and enter a new password. Be sure to click "save" at the bottom of the profile page to save your new password.
