I Live Outside of the US – Will Sky High Auctions Still Apply to Me?

Sky High Auctions is applicable to all countries whose residents are able to bid and buy on eBay. To our knowledge, the only countries unable to use eBay are Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya and North Korea.
