including name, address and email address, to Sky High Auctions. Sky High Auctions uses this information, agreed to by
purchasers at the time of purchase. In particular, Sky High Auctions uses the information to create and
validate your membership, support the membership and send you information about updates, upgrades
and new works or services provided by Sky High Auctions.

ClickBank requests information from the user on the order form, viewed by the user as a page hosted
on their ClickBank web server. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping
